What happens when I press the WhatsApp button?

WhatsApp opens with a draft that includes the page you came from and the details you typed. Nothing is sent until you press send there. WeChat shows a QR code and a message to copy; adding the account or copying the text does not contact us either.

When do you reply?

During regular business hours in Uzbekistan (UTC+5). We do not promise a response time; if your trip is imminent, say so in the first message.

Can I book train tickets or hotels through this site?

No. The site prepares an inquiry; bookings are agreed in the conversation after we confirm the scope, availability and price. Train tickets are sold by Uzbekistan Railways, and the booking guide shows how to buy them yourself.

Which languages can I write in?

English or Russian. The trip-message composer prepares the draft in the language of the page you are on.
