Kyrgyzstan add-on: Issyk-Kul, Karakol and Altyn-Arashan

Kyrgyzstan is offered as an add-on to an Uzbekistan trip: eight days visiting Issyk-Kul and Karakol, with an overnight stay in Altyn-Arashan. There are guides to the lake, the town and the valley.

HOW THE ADD-ON WORKS

We arrange the Kyrgyzstan days alongside your Uzbekistan route: flights or road travel between the two countries, a place to stay by the lake, nights in Karakol and an overnight stay in Altyn-Arashan. Start from an Uzbekistan itinerary, then tell us how many days you can add. Uzbekistan itineraries

Common questions

Can I book Kyrgyzstan on its own?

We arrange it as an add-on to an Uzbekistan trip, along with flights or road travel between the two countries. Start from an Uzbekistan itinerary, then tell us how many days you can add.

How many days does the add-on need?

Eight calendar days and seven nights: Bishkek, two nights at one Issyk-Kul base, Karakol before and after the mountains, one night in Altyn-Arashan, and a return to Bishkek the day before departure. The 8-day itinerary has the night-by-night plan.

When does this route work?

It is a summer route that reaches Altyn-Arashan through Ak-Suu without crossing the Ala-Kul pass. The Altyn-Arashan guide explains the approach, arrangements with your host and what to confirm before leaving Karakol.
